Provincial Party Secretary Phan Thang An visited and presented gifts to Vietnamese Heroic Mothers and former Standing Committee members of the Provincial Party Committee through the periods.

On December 6, comrade Phan Thang An, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, and the provincial delegation offered incense and flowers at the Temple of President Ho Chi Minh, Pac Bo National Special Relic Site, Truong Ha Commune; visited and presented gifts to Vietnamese Heroic Mothers and former Standing members of the Provincial Party Committee through the periods.

In a solemn atmosphere, Provincial Party Secretary Phan Thang An and the delegation respectfully offered incense and flowers to express their respect and infinite gratitude for the great contributions of President Ho Chi Minh, the beloved leader of the nation, who devoted his whole life to the cause of national liberation and unification. Before his spirit, the Party Committee, government and people of all ethnic groups in the province vow to continue to implement Uncle Ho's instructions; inherit and further promote the fine traditions of the revolutionary homeland, always unite, overcome difficulties, promote internal strength, effectively exploit and take advantage of all resources, continue to achieve many important achievements in socio-economic development.

Next, the Provincial Party Secretary visited and presented gifts to Heroic Vietnamese Mother Ngo Thi Khuya in Hamlet 4, Nung Tri Cao Ward and Heroic Vietnamese Mother Lam Thi Men in Hop Giang 1 Residential Group, Thuc Phan Ward. Kindly inquiring about the health of the mothers and their families, the Provincial Party Secretary expressed his gratitude for the noble sacrifices and great contributions of the mothers and their families to the cause of national liberation and reunification. At the same time, he affirmed that the Party, the State and the province always respect and appreciate the great contributions of Heroic Vietnamese Mothers and families of people with meritorious services to the revolutionary cause of the nation.

Visiting and presenting gifts to comrades: Duong Mac Thang, former member of the Party Central Committee, former Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Trieu Dinh Le, former Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, former Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Nong The Cu, former Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Hoang Trung Phong, former Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Dam Van Eng, former Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, former Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Hoang Xuan Anh, former Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, former Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee. On behalf of the provincial leaders, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Phan Thang An expressed his appreciation for the contributions of the former key leaders of the province during their working time as well as after their retirement to the process of building and developing the province. He hoped that the former leaders of the province would continue to pay attention to and monitor the socio-economic development of the province, contributing to building an increasingly innovative homeland.

On the same day, Provincial Party Secretary Phan Thang An and the working delegation visited the Pac Bo National Special Relic Site, Truong Ha Commune and the provincial historical site of Mr. Duong Mac Thach's house, where President Ho Chi Minh lived and worked in early 1942 in Minh Tam Commune.
