Speaking at the Closing Ceremony, Comrade Nguyen Cao Son - Vice Chairman of the Provincial Union of Science and Technology Associations, Head of the Organizing Committee emphasized: The Youth and Children's Creativity Contest is a practical activity, contributing to bringing the Party's Resolution into life. Continuing to concretize the Party and State's policies on socialization of science and technology activities to serve the cause of industrialization and modernization of the country. The Closing Ceremony and Awarding Ceremony of the Lai Chau Provincial Youth and Children's Creativity Contest 2025 aims to honor the award-winning youth and children, and at the same time is a source of encouragement, recognition of initial successes, laying the foundation, helping them to cultivate knowledge, practice creative skills, and build dreams for them to become inventors in the future.

The provincial youth, adolescent and children's creativity contest is held annually. There are 64 registered topics participating in the 2025 contest. The contest topics are divided into 5 areas: Learning tools (tools for teaching and learning); computer software including programs written in different languages for learning, working, and production purposes: graphic design, teaching, games...; environmentally friendly products are products made from environmentally friendly materials such as wood, bamboo, sedge, straw...; products using recycled materials from nylon, plastic, iron, steel, waste...; household appliances and children's toys.
To attract candidates to participate, the Provincial Union of Science and Technology Associations has issued a document guiding the preparation of documents and explanations for topics participating in the competition. It guides and orients young people, teenagers, children and students to understand the initiatives, technical improvements, their significance for socio-economic development and actively participate in the competition.

Contestants have completed the procedures and completed the documents in accordance with the Contest Rules. On December 2, 2025, the Contest Organizing Committee met to evaluate and score the topics to classify the awards. As a result, 26 topics won awards, including: 3 special prizes, each worth 10 million VND; 4 first prizes, each worth 8 million VND; 5 second prizes, each worth 5 million VND; 6 third prizes, each worth 4 million VND and 8 consolation prizes, each worth 3 million VND. The total value of the awards is 135 million VND.

At the Ceremony, the Organizing Committee of the Contest awarded prizes to the winning authors and groups of authors, including 3 special prizes for the topics: "Health monitoring software at school applying artificial intelligence AI" by the author group: Tan Huyen Trang - Class 12C1, Lai Chau Provincial Boarding High School for Ethnic Minorities; Giang Thi Ngoc Anh - Class 12C1, Lai Chau Provincial Boarding High School for Ethnic Minorities in the field of information technology software; "Smart classroom in the digital age" by the author group: Dinh Thai Nghiep - Class 7A5, Tan Phong Secondary School, Tan Phong Ward; Le Truong Giang - Class 7A5, Tan Phong Secondary School, Tan Phong Ward; Hoang Le Hai Nam - Class 8A1, Doan Ket Secondary School, Doan Ket Ward and "Reminder desk when reading too close" by author Vo Kim Ngan - Class 7A3, Tan Phong Secondary School, Tan Phong Ward in the field of learning tools.
