Do a good job of preparing for the 11th Congress of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union in the Army

Reporting on the preparations for the congress, Senior Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Quang Huy, Head of the Army Youth Committee, stated: In the past time, the Army Youth Committee and functional agencies and units have been actively coordinating and implementing the preparations for the 11th Congress of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of the Army seriously and synchronously, meeting the requirements of content, progress and quality.

Regarding propaganda and celebration work, agencies and units have launched the creation of congress logos; organized appraisal, selection and completion of logo samples to submit to competent authorities for consideration. The decorative mock-up system including main backdrop, panels, slogans inside and outside the hall, display panels, central landscape areas... are designed in a unified manner, basically completed, ensuring solemnity, representing the spirit of the congress. Publications and photo yearbooks welcoming the congress continue to be completed, ensuring accurate content and solemn form...

For the Political Report of the General Department of Politics at the congress, the Army Youth Union coordinated with the relevant agencies to research and prepare carefully, with all stages and steps following a scientific , methodical and strict process. The system of documents for the congress management, including: Scripts of working sessions, regulations, action programs, documents for management... were reviewed, supplemented and completed. The work of selecting, coordinating the development of discussion content and editing the discussion minutes was carried out to ensure practicality, fully reflecting the results of the work of the Union and the youth movement in the past period, while closely following the directions and tasks of the coming period.
