Attending the event were delegates: Party Central Committee member, Deputy Prime Minister Mai Van Chinh; Party Central Committee member, Minister of Science and Technology Nguyen Manh Hung; Alternate Party Central Committee member, Permanent Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Le Hai Binh and representatives of leaders of central departments, ministries and branches.
This is the third year the Award has been held online on the Vietnam image promotion platform - Vietnam.vn, with the aim of encouraging all people in the country, overseas Vietnamese communities and international friends to create photos and videos about the country and people of Vietnam using modern digital tools.
Speaking at the award ceremony, Permanent Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Le Hai Binh said that after three years of organization, the award has gone beyond the framework of a traditional photo-video contest to become a national award, attracting nearly 40,000 entries.

“The outstanding and typical works have been exhibited in many localities across the country: from Dien Bien Phu of the 70th anniversary of the glorious victory, to Hanoi resplendent in the spirit of the 80th anniversary of National Day; from dynamic Hai Phong to vibrant and vibrant Ho Chi Minh City. Not only within the national scope, the works have also been introduced to international friends through exhibitions and cultural events in Sochi (Russian Federation), Bangkok (Thailand), Venezuela, Australia, Sweden, and will soon be present in Chile, Hungary, Finland, Brunei... 97 Vietnamese diplomatic representative agencies abroad have also included these works in activities to promote the national image, contributing to strongly spreading the message of a peaceful, humane and unique Vietnam”, Mr. Le Hai Binh informed.
In this year's award, after more than 4 months of launching, the Organizing Committee received 17,000 photo and video works, an increase of 1.7 times compared to 2024. The Jury selected 36 winning works, along with 150 photos and 29 typical videos to display at the exhibition.
Each work is a true slice of life, a beautiful moment recording the transformation of the country. All blend together to create a vivid picture of a happy - civilized - rich in identity - Vietnam, and rising strongly on the journey of integration and development.

“What is special is that the authors come from different professions, different ages, different regions and ethnicities. They use different equipment, from professional to simple. But they all have one thing in common: a passionate love for the Fatherland and a desire to convey the image of a peaceful - beautiful - dynamic - happy Vietnam to the world,” commented Deputy Minister Le Hai Binh.
Finally, the Organizing Committee awarded First Prize to author Pham Ngoc Long Thien with the photo work "Vietnam - The Era of Rising" and author Luu Minh Khuong with the video work "Happy Smiles".

Second Prize was awarded to: author Bui Cuong Quyet with the photo series "Winning ASEAN Cup 2024 - the third time the Vietnamese team conquered the peak of Southeast Asian football"; author Truong Cong Minh with the photo series "Symphony by the River"; author Dang Thi Thanh Huyen with the video "Fish Sauce from Norway"; author Dinh Van Quoc Thanh with the video "Tay Ninh - Sacred Land".

In addition, the Organizing Committee awarded 6 Third prizes and Consolation prizes for photo and video works.
