“Outstanding and representative works have been exhibited in many localities throughout the country: from Dien Bien Phu, celebrating 70 years of glorious victory, to Hanoi, resplendent in the spirit of 80 years of National Day; from dynamic Hai Phong to vibrant and lively Ho Chi Minh City. Not only within the national scope, the works have also been introduced to international friends through exhibitions and cultural events in Sochi (Russian Federation), Bangkok (Thailand), Venezuela, Australia, Sweden, and will soon be present in Chile, Hungary, Finland, Brunei… 97 Vietnamese diplomatic missions abroad have also incorporated these works into their national image promotion activities, contributing to strongly spreading the message of a peaceful, humane, and culturally rich Vietnam,” Mr. Le Hai Binh informed.
For this year's competition, after more than four months of launching, the organizing committee received 17,000 photo and video entries, a 1.7-fold increase compared to 2024. The judging panel selected 36 winning entries, along with 150 outstanding photos and 29 outstanding videos for exhibition.
Each artwork is a true snapshot of life, a beautiful moment capturing the transformation of the country. All these elements blend together to create a vibrant picture of a happy, civilized, and culturally rich Vietnam, strongly rising on its journey of integration and development.

“What is special is that the authors come from different professions, different age groups, different regions, and different ethnicities. They use different equipment, from professional to simple. But they all meet at one common point: a deep love for their homeland and a desire to convey the image of a peaceful, beautiful, dynamic, and happy Vietnam to the world,” Deputy Minister Le Hai Binh remarked.
Finally, the Organizing Committee awarded the First Prize to Pham Ngoc Long Thien for his photograph "Vietnam - An Era of Rising Up" and to Luu Minh Khuong for his video "Happy Smiles".
