At the conference, representatives from the Staff Department provided an overview of the situation regarding discipline, law enforcement, and safety assurance throughout the army and the Border Guard force in 2025; they also analyzed several typical cases, identified the causes, and proposed solutions to enhance the awareness and responsibility of officers and soldiers in complying with military discipline and state laws.
Colonel Nguyen Van Hiep, Deputy Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command and Political Commissar of the Provincial Border Guard Command, provided ideological guidance to officers and soldiers in the headquarters, emphasizing that each soldier must maintain political steadfastness and the qualities of a border guard soldier in all circumstances.

Colonel Nguyen Van Hiep, Deputy Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command and Political Commissar of the Provincial Border Guard Command, delivered a speech at the conference.
Colonel Nguyen Van Hiep emphasized that adherence to discipline and the law is not only a mandatory requirement but also a measure of the prestige and honor of each collective and individual. Therefore, each officer and soldier needs to promote a spirit of self-awareness and responsibility, proactively cultivate work style and conduct; resolutely prevent and not allow even the smallest violations to occur.
