Accordingly, philanthropist Nguyen Thi Thuong ( Hanoi ) donated 2 tons of rice to 40 poor households in Xin Chai and Lao Va Chai villages. She also donated 20 solar-powered lamps to Huu Vinh Secondary School; and 25 solar-powered light bulbs and 250 kg of rice to Yen Minh Ethnic Boarding Secondary and High School to improve living and learning conditions for students.
The program contributes to sharing the difficulties with poor households and schools in disadvantaged mountainous areas, spreading the spirit of mutual support and compassion, and strengthening the relationship between the military and the people in the region.

During the program, the delegation presented 80 gift packages to disadvantaged families in the commune. Each package, worth 500,000 VND, included MSG, fish sauce, seasoning powder, instant noodles, and a warm blanket. These gifts were the result of the generous contributions of benefactors from Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, and several other provinces and cities nationwide, facilitated by the "Sacred Heart Church of Ha Giang" charity group. The total value of the gifts exceeded 40 million VND.
The gifts, delivered directly to impoverished households, not only help alleviate their hardships but also demonstrate the spirit of mutual support and compassion, spreading love within the community.
