
Attending the conference were representatives from the Department of Agriculture and Environment, the Department of Industry and Trade, the PA02 Department, the Hanoi City Police, and the investor.
At the conference, the Economic Affairs Department of Hung Dao commune reported on the plan and methods for enforcement, clarifying the target, scope, legal basis, and steps for implementing the enforcement. Attendees contributed many opinions related to ensuring security and order, preparing documentation, and solutions to strengthen propaganda and encourage people to comply with regulations.

According to the plan, forced eviction will be carried out in the Miễu Ngoài, Đọ Ngoài, and Tân Hòa rice paddies (now part of Hưng Đạo commune), affecting a total of 78 households and individuals whose land is being reclaimed for the project, located in hamlets 7, 8, 10, 11, and 12; the total area subject to forced eviction is over 54,400 m² of rice paddy land.

At the conference, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Duong Van Phuong commune instructed relevant departments and units to supplement and finalize the enforcement plan and methods; proactively coordinate closely with the city's functional forces to ensure security, safety, and adherence to legal procedures and regulations. He also requested the propaganda and mobilization teams to continue closely monitoring the area and disseminating information so that the people understand and comply.
