The operation focused on handling 6 cases of violations in An Lac and Hoa Binh villages, mainly related to the illegal construction of temporary houses, workshops, pouring concrete yards, and stockpiling of materials on agricultural land and public land managed by the commune People's Committee.
According to reports, by the afternoon of June 3rd, authorities had completed the enforcement action against 3 out of 7 illegal wharves and docks (out of 6 cases). The process was carried out promptly and in accordance with regulations.

Numerous heavy machinery and specialized demolition equipment were mobilized to dismantle the illegal structures. Simultaneously, decisive measures were implemented, such as cutting off electricity to the affected area, removing all containers, machinery, and equipment from the mixing plant, and demolishing the concrete foundation to restore the land to its original state.
According to Nguyen Thi Thanh Huyen, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Trung Gia commune: "During the enforcement process, there were basically no difficulties, apart from the opinions of the homeowners who requested to dismantle the structures themselves and retain their property. On June 4th, the inter-agency working group of the commune continued to handle 2 cases as planned. For the 2 cases where an emergency temporary suspension of administrative decisions has been applied, the commune will proceed with enforcement after receiving the opinion of the Court of Area 7."
Following the forced eviction, the People's Committee of Trung Gia commune handed over the cleared land area to the villages for management, and at the same time developed a plan for its use for public purposes, resolutely preventing re-encroachment.
