On the evening of December 10th, the fanpage of the "Nurturing Children" project continued to publish two more documents related to the transfer of funds to support the Department of Education and Training of Nậm Pồ District, Điện Biên Province, in order to further ensure transparency in financial operations and answer questions from the community.
According to project information, on January 10th and 15th, 2022, the project made two bank transfers to the Department of Education and Training of Nậm Pồ District to provide financial support for the child's upbringing as requested by the local authorities. Due to the maximum transfer limit at that time being only 1 billion VND, the project was forced to divide the support funds into two separate transfers at different times.
The two documents added this time include a confirmation record from the Department of Education and Training of Nậm Pồ district after receiving the full amount of money according to the two transactions, and a letter requesting financial support for the child's upbringing (from the institution that transferred the money).

The project provides additional reference materials.
Representatives of the "Nurture Children" project affirmed that the aforementioned transactions were authentic and hoped that philanthropists and the community would acknowledge the project's consistent efforts in maintaining financial transparency.
However, the project also acknowledges that the data compilation process is not without errors or inaccuracies in the statistics.
"The project team is prioritizing rebuilding reports on an annual basis rather than focusing on investigating all the allegations submitted," the project stated.
The "Nurturing Children" project also affirmed that it will continue to update the community with information in stages so that the review process is open, clear, and aims for sustainable transparency in the long term.

Hoang Hoa Trung is the founder of the "Raise Children" project.
Earlier on the evening of December 9th, the "Nurture Children" project also announced its response to feedback and its action plan. According to the announcement, the project has fully received all feedback regarding its operational methods, communication, and financial transparency, and has committed to not shirking responsibility, reviewing all processes, and improving operational quality.
In particular, regarding the public's concern about financial transparency, Nuoi Em 's announcement affirms that monthly financial reports and income/expenditure statements are still posted at www.taichinh.nuoiem.com and have not been changed.
In response to community concerns about children having their meals cut, Nuoi Em (Nuoi Em - Nurturing Children) affirms that meal services remain normal, and the account freeze was solely for statistical purposes and stemmed from an internal error. The project accepts responsibility for the previous unclear information, which caused anxiety among teachers and donors.
Regarding the suspicion that one child receives multiple sponsors, the founder of "Nuoi Em" (Nurturing Children) affirmed that each meal at any given time has only one sponsor. All lists are verified by the school or the education department. The project clearly states that it does not cut corners, does not combine multiple sponsors for one child, and does not create "fake" codes. Some errors may occur due to operational issues, but money transfers always follow local records.
The project acknowledges some limitations in the report and is seeking a specialist to ensure transparency in current finances and will announce it upon completion.
"Nuoi Em" (Nurturing Children) is a charity project founded by Hoang Hoa Trung in 2014, with the goal of providing nutritious lunches for students in mountainous regions.
Each benefactor can adopt a child through a small daily donation, helping schools maintain their kitchens and significantly reducing student dropout rates.
From a small group, the project has grown into an ecosystem supporting children in the highlands with many activities such as building schools, building boarding houses, providing clean water and bookcases.
However, on the evening of December 6, the incident related to the Nuoi Em charity project began to explode on social networks when many accounts posted text messages, questioning the financial transparency of the program.
Some accounts even discovered that their "support code" matched someone else's. In addition, the fact that the project has been operating for many years but still accepts donations through the personal bank account of its founder, Hoang Hoa Trung, has also sparked controversy.
