Attending the meeting, on the part of the Final Round Judging Panel were Ms. Nguyen Thi Hoa Mai, Deputy Director of the Vietnam National Tourism Administration, Head of the Judging Panel; Mr. Tran Nhat Hoang, Deputy Director of the International Cooperation Department; Mr. Nguyen Tran Quang, Deputy Director of the Hanoi Department of Tourism; Ms. Ly Phuong Dung, Vice President of the Vietnam Film Promotion Association, former Deputy Director of the Cinema Department; Mr. Do Le Hung Tu, President of the Vietnam Film Association; and Ms. Nguyen Thi Van, General Director of the Hanoi Tourism Corporation.

Overview of the working session
Representing the Organizing Committee of the competition was Ms. Nguyen Thi Hoang Lan, Director of the Center for Digital Transformation of Culture, Sports and Tourism, and Head of the Organizing Committee.
Reporting on the competition, Ms. Nguyen Thi Hoang Lan stated that after a three-month campaign from August 13th to November 15th, the "Impressive Vietnamese Tourism" 2025 Video /Clip Creation Contest received a strong response from the community with 896 entries, including 479 short videos/clips and 317 long videos/clips. After the preliminary round, 372 entries were selected, comprising 114 short videos/clips and 158 long videos/clips.

According to the judges, the entries all offered a richness of content and fresh emotions. The participants were also very diverse, ranging from professional filmmakers and those in the tourism industry to citizens and foreigners who love Vietnam… Notably, the works not only showcased famous landmarks of Vietnam, but also introduced lesser-known areas on the tourism map, such as simple fishing villages along the central coast, border villages, or traditional craft villages deep in the northern delta…
With a spirit of fairness and objectivity, the Preliminary Round Judging Panel carefully analyzed and selected 90 entries (40 short videos/clips, 50 long videos/clips) for the Final Round.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Hoa Mai, Deputy Director of the Vietnam National Tourism Administration and Head of the Judging Panel, delivered a speech at the meeting.
At the meeting, after carefully reviewing and evaluating each work, the final judging panel selected the works that won first, second, third, and honorable mention prizes, along with other supplementary prizes and audience choice awards.
According to the judging panel, the entries demonstrated a serious and creative spirit, with meticulous attention to detail in every aspect, from scriptwriting and location selection to message delivery. Some works by young authors showcased unique and distinctive styles, reflecting the language of youth. Not only did they meet the competition's requirements and objectives, but the entries also possessed high artistic merit, conveying messages about the beauty, land, people, and culture of Vietnam.
Members of the Organizing Committee and the Judging Panel gave their opinions at the meeting.
The "Impressive Vietnam Tourism" video/clip creation contest was launched on August 13th with the aim of promoting and positioning Vietnam as an attractive, high-quality, and sustainable tourist destination with majestic nature, a unique culture deeply rooted in national identity, diverse types of tourism and resorts, and increasingly improved tourism services.
"With the theme of exploring the beauty of Vietnam's land, people, culture, and tourist destinations, the competition is expected to bring a unique perspective, a story, and an experience."
The awards ceremony for the competition is expected to take place on December 17, 2025 in Hanoi.
