Visiting and paying tribute to former provincial leaders on the occasion of the 85th anniversary of Ca Mau's revolutionary tradition.

On the afternoon of December 10th, a delegation led by Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Huynh Chi Nguyen visited and presented gifts to former provincial leaders residing in Bac Lieu ward, in commemoration of the 85th anniversary of the Hon Khoai Uprising and the Revolutionary Tradition Day of the Party Committee, army and people of Ca Mau province (December 13, 1940 - December 13, 2025); and the 65th anniversary of the sister-province relationship between Ca Mau and Ninh Binh provinces (1960 - 2025).

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Huynh Chi Nguyen visited and presented gifts to Comrade Truong Cong Dang, former Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and former Head of the Provincial Delegation to the National Assembly in the 11th term.

The delegation visited Comrade Truong Cong Dang, former Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and former Head of the Provincial Delegation to the National Assembly of the 11th term, and Comrade Truong Minh Chien, former Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and former Head of the Bac Lieu Provincial Delegation to the National Assembly of the 13th term.
Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Huynh Chi Nguyen cordially inquired about the health and well-being of former provincial leaders; and also provided information on the province's socio -economic development in recent times.

According to Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Huynh Chi Nguyen: Ca Mau is focusing on promoting administrative reform, attracting investment, developing infrastructure, especially key transportation projects, creating clear changes in economic development and improving people's lives; the results of implementing the two-tiered local government model show that the administrative apparatus is becoming increasingly streamlined, the work process is more convenient and faster, and the responsibility of agencies and units is enhanced, contributing to more effective service for people and businesses.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Huynh Chi Nguyen expressed his hope that former provincial leaders would continue to pay attention, follow up, share experiences, and contribute valuable opinions to the province; and at the same time, serve as a source of spiritual support and encouragement for today's generation of officials to strive even harder in building and developing Ca Mau province into an increasingly prosperous, beautiful, and civilized homeland.
