President Luong Cuong and many other Party and State leaders were awarded prestigious honors at the National Conference summarizing the work of preventing and combating corruption, waste, and negative phenomena during the 13th Party Congress term, on the morning of December 11th.
At the conference, General Secretary To Lam awarded the First-Class Independence Order to President Luong Cuong and Head of the Central Internal Affairs Committee Phan Dinh Trac.
The Second Class Independence Order was awarded to Standing Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh , Secretary of the Hanoi City Party Committee Nguyen Duy Ngoc, and Standing Deputy Head of the Central Internal Affairs Commission Le Minh Tri.

Minister of Public Security Luong Tam Quang was awarded the Second Class Military Merit Order. Nguyen Trong Nghia, Head of the General Political Department of the Vietnam People's Army, was awarded the Third Class Military Merit Order.
The Third-Class Independence Order was awarded to Mr. Do Van Chien, Standing Vice Chairman of the National Assembly.
Trinh Van Quyet, Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department, and Le Hoai Trung, Minister of Foreign Affairs, have been recognized for their exceptionally outstanding achievements in the fight against corruption, waste, and negative practices during the 2021-2025 period, contributing to the cause of national construction and defense.
The Deputy Head of the Central Steering Committee, a member, and a former member of the Central Steering Committee on preventing and combating corruption, waste, and negative phenomena were also awarded the prestigious prize.
Accordingly, the Third-Class Labor Medal was awarded to Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Nguyen Khac Dinh, Deputy Prime Minister Le Thanh Long, Deputy Head of the Central Internal Affairs Committee Vo Van Dung, Standing Deputy Chairwoman of the Committee for Citizen Petitions and Supervision Le Thi Nga, and Chief Prosecutor of the Supreme People's Procuracy Nguyen Huy Tien.
Minister of Justice Nguyen Hai Ninh, State Auditor General Ngo Van Tuan, and Chairman of the Committee on Law and Justice Hoang Thanh Tung were awarded the First Class Labor Medal.
Along with individuals, many collectives were also awarded the First Class Labor Medal, including: the Central Inspection Committee, the Supreme People's Court, the Supreme People's Procuratorate, the Ministry of Justice, and the State Audit Office.
The Ministry of Public Security and the Ministry of National Defense were awarded the First Class Order of National Defense.
Other individuals awarded the Third-Class Independence Order include: Mr. Tran Van Ron, Standing Deputy Chairman of the Central Inspection Committee; Mr. Nguyen Minh Quang, Deputy Chairman of the Central Inspection Committee; Mr. Le Si Bay, Deputy Inspector General of the Government; and Mr. Duong Quoc Huy, Deputy Inspector General of the Government.
The Third Class Military Merit Order was awarded to: Lieutenant General Tran Quoc To, Deputy Minister of Public Security; Lieutenant General Vo Minh Luong, Deputy Minister of National Defense; Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Long, Deputy Minister of Public Security; and Lieutenant General Nguyen Ngoc Lam, Deputy Minister of Public Security.
Mr. Dang Van Dung, Deputy Head of the Central Internal Affairs Committee; Mr. Nguyen Chi Tue, Permanent Deputy Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court; Mr. Nguyen Duc Thai, Deputy Prosecutor General of the Supreme People's Procuracy; and Mr. Ho Duc Anh, Deputy Prosecutor General of the Supreme People's Procuracy, were awarded the First Class Labor Medal.
At the conference, the Party and State leaders also awarded the Second Class Labor Medal to Deputy Auditor General Tran Minh Khuong and two Deputy Ministers of Justice, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tinh and Mr. Mai Luong Khoi.
