On the afternoon of December 11th, after 40 working days, the 10th session of the 15th National Assembly completed all the planned agenda items.
At this session, the National Assembly considered, discussed, and voted to pass 51 laws and 39 resolutions, including 8 normative legal resolutions.

In his closing remarks, National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man emphasized that this is a very large volume of legislation, accounting for nearly 30% of the total number of laws and normative resolutions issued during the entire term.
The laws and resolutions passed both promptly addressed practical requirements and created a legal framework for the new phase.
Along with legislative and supervisory work, the National Assembly has considered and decided on many strategic issues of great importance.
In particular, the session conducted a thorough and comprehensive review of the work of state agencies during the 2021-2026 term; and considered and decided on personnel matters in accordance with the regulations of the Party and the laws of the State.
This also includes thorough discussions on draft documents to be submitted to the 14th National Congress of the Party; contributing intellect, dedication, and ideas for the country's development towards the goal of becoming a developing country with modern industry and high middle income by 2030; and a developed country with high income by 2045.
Many of the results are very important, some of them unprecedented breakthroughs.
According to the Speaker of the National Assembly, looking back over the past five years, the National Assembly has overcome countless difficulties and challenges arising from the Covid-19 pandemic, the complex and unpredictable developments in the region and the world , thereby achieving many very important results, including unprecedented breakthroughs.

During its 15th term, the National Assembly amended and supplemented several articles of the Constitution; proactively reformed its thinking in lawmaking; actively and promptly institutionalized the Party's policies into law; affirmed its pioneering role in institutional reform; promoted the application of digital technology, digital transformation, and artificial intelligence; and, for the first time, successfully organized two forums on law and supervision.
The National Assembly has also enacted many important laws, creating a crucial foundation for the country to enter a new era of development.
On behalf of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly, the Speaker of the National Assembly expressed gratitude to the National Assembly deputies, the National Assembly's agencies, and the National Assembly delegations for their positive, dedicated, and tireless contributions, utilizing every minute to engage in frank and in-depth discussions and debates.
At the same time, it involves listening to and reflecting on the thoughts and aspirations of the people, as well as the pressing issues of reality, in order to propose practical and fundamental solutions, placing the interests of the people at the center of all decisions, and promptly resolving obstacles and difficulties.
The Chairman of the National Assembly emphasized that the tasks and requirements of the country in the new development stage demand that the entire Party, the entire people, and the entire army highly promote the spirit of patriotism, the aspiration for development, the strength of the people, and the great national unity; strongly innovate thinking; and implement strategic decisions synchronously and effectively.
Therefore, the National Assembly, its agencies, and its members need to strive harder, be more determined, dare to speak, dare to act, and dare to take responsibility for the people and the country, making a significant contribution to ushering our country into a new era - an era of national progress, for a strong, prosperous, civilized, and happy Vietnam.
