
Accordingly, the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee approved the suspension of the road and drainage system upgrade and renovation project as proposed by the Department of Finance and related units.
The Department of Agriculture and Environment is tasked with urgently guiding the land compensation and resettlement department to carry out inspection, monitoring, and investment evaluation; and simultaneously reporting to the competent authority on the decision to halt the project in accordance with the law.
Regarding the Tran Binh Trong road expansion project, the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee has agreed to add the Tran Binh Trong road expansion project (including intersections along the route) to the list of projects expected to receive targeted support from the city budget for the locality in the 2026-2030 period. This list was approved in Official Letter 3732/UBND-DA dated November 13, 2025.

The People's Committee of Vuon Lai Ward is tasked with organizing the preparation, submission for appraisal, and approval of investment policies in accordance with the Law on Public Investment; and simultaneously sending the dossier to the Department of Finance for compilation and reporting to the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City.
The implementation of these directives aims to accelerate the investment preparation process, secure budgetary resources, and meet the needs of transportation infrastructure development in the coming period.
