CheckNow is developed as an intelligent management platform that supports businesses in managing personnel, assets, and progress in real time. The application integrates AI, GPS, and facial recognition, allowing businesses to track attendance, schedule shifts, monitor inventory, and evaluate performance on a single system, increasing transparency and optimizing operations.

Starting as a GPS-QR timekeeping tool, CheckNow has expanded into a comprehensive management ecosystem with features such as: human resource management, shift scheduling, payroll calculation, performance tracking, asset and inventory management, and local labor recruitment. AI and Face ID technology help reduce timekeeping fraud and provide real-time reports, supporting businesses in making quick and accurate decisions. Its simple interface and ease of deployment make the platform suitable for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and those lacking dedicated technology departments.

The National Startup Project Development Program, organized annually by the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) in collaboration with the Business Forum Magazine, brings together hundreds of innovative projects nationwide.

The top 10 projects will receive support in connecting with mentors, participating in training courses and programs organized by VCCI, the Business Forum Magazine, and the National Entrepreneurship Program. They will also receive media support, market connections, and assistance in refining their business models. In particular, the top 10 will continue to receive intensive training to participate in the Global Entrepreneurship Cup, opening up opportunities to test their skills on an international stage.

The final round of the National Startup Project Development Program 2025 will take place on December 20th in Hanoi .
