The National Assembly Office announced that today is the final working day of the 10th Session of the 15th National Assembly. This is also the last session of the National Assembly in this term.
10th Session, 15th National Assembly.
In the morning, the National Assembly voted to pass nine laws, including: the amended Bankruptcy Law; the amended Investment Law; the Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of 15 laws in the fields of agriculture and environment; the amended National Reserve Law; the Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Value Added Tax Law; the Law on Specialized Courts at the International Finance Centre; the Digital Transformation Law; the Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Urban and Rural Planning; and the Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Geology and Minerals.
At the same time, the National Assembly passed nine resolutions, including: a Resolution of the National Assembly on piloting some specific mechanisms and policies to implement large and important projects in the capital city; a Resolution of the National Assembly on the investment policy for the construction project of Gia Binh International Airport; and a Resolution on the investment policy for the construction project of the Vinh - Thanh Thuy expressway.
Resolutions of the National Assembly stipulate a number of mechanisms and policies to remove difficulties and obstacles in the implementation of the Land Law; Resolution approving the investment policy for the National Target Program on New Rural Development, Sustainable Poverty Reduction and Socio -Economic Development in Ethnic Minority and Mountainous Areas for the period 2026-2035; Resolution of the National Assembly on mechanisms and policies for national energy development for the period 2026-2030.
Resolutions on the implementation of several resolutions of the 14th and 15th National Assembly terms on thematic supervision and questioning; Resolutions of the National Assembly on some breakthrough mechanisms and policies for the protection, care and improvement of people's health; Resolutions on the investment policy for the National Target Program on health care, population and development for the period 2026-2035.
Resolutions of the National Assembly amending and supplementing a number of articles of Resolution No. 98/2023 on piloting some specific mechanisms and policies for the development of Ho Chi Minh City; Resolutions of the National Assembly amending and supplementing a number of articles of Resolution No. 136/2024 on the organization of urban government and piloting some specific mechanisms and policies for the development of Da Nang City.
The closing session of the 10th meeting is scheduled to begin at 2 PM.
At the closing session, the National Assembly voted to approve the Resolution on summarizing the work of the 2021-2026 term of the National Assembly, the President, the Government, the Supreme People's Court, the Supreme People's Procuracy, and the State Audit Office.
The National Assembly also voted to approve the Resolution of the 10th Session of the 15th National Assembly.
After that, National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man will deliver the closing remarks for the session.
