Today marks the closing of the 10th session of the 15th National Assembly.

This morning, the National Assembly will hear reports explaining, receiving feedback on, and voting on 11 draft laws and 9 resolutions. In the afternoon, the National Assembly will hold its closing session.

According to the National Assembly 's work schedule, today, December 11th, is the final working day of the 10th session of the 15th National Assembly. This is also the last session of the National Assembly in this term.

In the morning, the National Assembly will hear reports explaining, receiving feedback on, and revising the draft laws, and will vote to approve 11 draft laws and 9 resolutions.

The draft laws include: the Bankruptcy Law (amended); the Investment Law (amended); the Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Urban and Rural Planning; the Digital Transformation Law; the Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of 15 laws in the fields of agriculture and environment; the Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Geology and Minerals, the Law on National Reserves (amended); the Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Value Added Tax; and the Law on Specialized Courts in International Financial Centers.

The National Assembly also heard reports explaining, receiving feedback, revising, and voting on resolutions:

The National Assembly's resolution proposes piloting a number of specific mechanisms and policies for the implementation of large and important projects in the capital city.

Resolutions of the National Assembly on the investment policy for the Gia Binh International Airport construction project; Resolutions on the investment policy for the Vinh - Thanh Thuy expressway construction project.

The National Assembly's resolution stipulates a number of mechanisms and policies to address difficulties and obstacles in the implementation of the Land Law.

Resolution approving the investment policy for the National Target Program on New Rural Development, Sustainable Poverty Reduction and Socio -Economic Development in Ethnic Minority and Mountainous Areas for the period 2026-2035.

Resolutions of the National Assembly on mechanisms and policies for national energy development in the period 2026-2030; Resolutions on the implementation of several resolutions of the National Assembly during the 14th and 15th terms on specialized supervision and questioning.

Resolution of the National Assembly on some breakthrough mechanisms and policies for the protection, care, and improvement of people's health.

Resolution on the investment policy for the National Target Program on healthcare, population and development for the period 2026 - 2035.

Resolution of the National Assembly amending and supplementing a number of articles of Resolution No. 98/2023/QH15 on piloting a number of specific mechanisms and policies for the development of Ho Chi Minh City.

Resolution of the National Assembly amending and supplementing a number of articles of Resolution No. 136/2024/QH15 on the organization of urban government and piloting a number of specific mechanisms and policies for the development of Da Nang city.

In the afternoon, the National Assembly held its closing session, which was broadcast live on television and radio.

At the closing session, National Assembly Standing Committee member Hoang Thanh Tung presented the draft Resolution on summarizing the work of the National Assembly, the President, the Government, the Supreme People's Court, the Supreme People's Procuracy, and the State Audit Office during the 2021-2026 term.

Member of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly Le Quang Manh presented the draft Resolution of the 10th Session of the 15th National Assembly, and the National Assembly voted to approve it.

Following that, the Speaker of the National Assembly delivered the closing remarks for the session. The National Assembly then held a flag-raising ceremony to conclude the 10th session of the 15th National Assembly.
