On December 11th, the National Assembly continued voting, passing 20 laws and resolutions, before adjourning the session.

According to the agenda of the 10th session of the 15th National Assembly, on December 11th, the National Assembly will vote to approve 20 laws and resolutions, and then adjourn the session.

During the morning session, the National Assembly held a plenary session in the Assembly Hall and voted to approve: the Bankruptcy Law (amended); the Investment Law (amended); the National Assembly Resolution on piloting a number of specific mechanisms and policies for implementing large and important projects in the Capital; and the Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Urban and Rural Planning.

Next, the National Assembly voted on and passed the following resolutions: the National Assembly Resolution on the investment policy for the Gia Binh International Airport construction project; the National Assembly Resolution on the investment policy for the Vinh - Thanh Thuy expressway construction project; the National Assembly Resolution stipulating some mechanisms and policies to remove difficulties and obstacles in the implementation of the Land Law; the Resolution approving the investment policy for the National Target Program on New Rural Development, Sustainable Poverty Reduction and Socio -Economic Development in Ethnic Minority and Mountainous Areas for the period 2026 - 2035; the National Assembly Resolution on mechanisms and policies for national energy development for the period 2026 - 2030; and the Resolution on the implementation of some resolutions of the National Assembly during the 14th and 15th terms on specialized supervision and questioning.

Next, the National Assembly voted to pass the Law on Digital Transformation; the Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of 15 laws in the fields of agriculture and environment; the Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Geology and Minerals; the National Assembly Resolution on some breakthrough mechanisms and policies for the protection, care and improvement of people's health; and the Resolution on the investment policy for the National Target Program on health care, population and development for the period 2026 - 2035.

Next, the National Assembly voted to pass the Law on National Reserves (amended); the National Assembly Resolution amending and supplementing a number of articles of Resolution No. 98/2023/QH15 on piloting some specific mechanisms and policies for the development of Ho Chi Minh City; the National Assembly Resolution amending and supplementing a number of articles of Resolution No. 136/2024/QH15 on the organization of urban government and piloting some specific mechanisms and policies for the development of Da Nang City; and drafted the Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Value Added Tax; and the Law on Specialized Courts at the International Finance Centre.

In the afternoon session, the National Assembly held its closing session (the session was broadcast live on Vietnam Television and Vietnam Radio).

Earlier, in the session on November 10th, the National Assembly voted to pass 35 Laws and Resolutions that received strong support from the National Assembly deputies.
