The plan ensures the achievement of sustainable development goals in the future.

On the afternoon of December 10th, Ms. Pham Thi Minh Xuan, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council, chaired an online conference to gather opinions from communes on the adjustment of the Tuyen Quang provincial planning for the period 2021-2030, with a vision to 2050. Attending the conference were leaders of the Provincial People's Council's committees and leaders of several provincial departments and agencies.

At the conference, leaders from the communes of Lien Hiep, Bang Hanh, Vinh Tuy, Hung An, Trung Son, Hung Loi, Binh Ca, and Thai Binh contributed their opinions on the adjustment of the Tuyen Quang provincial planning for the period 2021-2030, with a vision to 2050.

Simultaneously, opinions focused on analyzing, reviewing, and proposing general planning options for the commune, including the construction of the commune's administrative center, commercial centers, central markets, and industrial zones; planning for concentrated agricultural production areas, planning for the development of tourist destinations, and planning for educational land... ensuring that the planning is consistent with the practical situation and development needs of each commune in the new phase. This will leverage strengths, create momentum for socio -economic development in each locality, and closely adhere to the development orientation of the region and province, ensuring high feasibility.

Concluding the conference, Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council Pham Thi Minh Xuan requested that the communes closely adhere to Decision 369/QD-TTg of 2024 approving the Planning for the Northern Midlands and Mountainous Region for the period 2021-2030, with a vision to 2050, issued by the Prime Minister ; the development policies and orientations of the Resolution of the 1st Provincial Party Congress for the term 2025-2030; and the general planning of the province.

The planning aims to ensure development goals in the new phase after the reorganization of communes and to align with the province's overall future development plan. In the plan, development should pay special attention to social welfare, the construction of cultural institutions, and the preservation of national cultural identity in conjunction with tourism development; developing sectors such as trade and services, culture, social affairs, health, and education... linked to the strengths of each locality.

The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council also requested that communes do a good job of preparing for the election of National Assembly and People's Council representatives at all levels for the 2026-2031 term, while strengthening widespread propaganda work, raising voter awareness, creating an atmosphere of enthusiasm among the people, so that people understand their rights and obligations and actively participate in the election.
