This afternoon (December 11th), the National Assembly held its closing session of the 10th Session of the 15th National Assembly.

At the closing session, the National Assembly voted to approve the Resolution on summarizing the work of the 2021-2026 term of the National Assembly, the President, the Government, the Supreme People's Court, the Supreme People's Procuracy, and the State Audit Office .

Subsequently, the National Assembly voted to approve the Resolution of the 10th Session of the 15th National Assembly. The Speaker of the National Assembly delivered the closing remarks for the Session.

The closing session of the 10th Session of the 15th National Assembly was broadcast live on VTV1 channel from 2:00 PM so that voters and people nationwide could follow it.

Earlier that morning, the National Assembly held a plenary session in the Assembly Hall and voted to approve the following items:

(1) Bankruptcy Law (amended);

(2) Investment Law (amended);

(3) Resolution of the National Assembly to pilot some specific mechanisms and policies to implement large and important projects in the Capital area;

(4) Law amending and supplementing some articles of the Law on Urban and Rural Planning;

(5) Resolution of the National Assembly on the investment policy for the Gia Binh International Airport construction project;

(6) Resolution on the investment policy for the Vinh-Thanh Thuy expressway construction project;

(7) Resolution of the National Assembly stipulating some mechanisms and policies to remove difficulties and obstacles in the organization and implementation of the Land Law;

(8) Resolution approving the investment policy of the National Target Program on new rural areas, sustainable poverty reduction and socio-economic development of ethnic minority and mountainous areas for the period 2026-2035;

(9) Resolution of the National Assembly on mechanisms and policies for national energy development in the period 2026-2030;

(10) Resolution on the implementation of some resolutions of the National Assembly of the 14th and 15th terms on specialized supervision and questioning;

(11) Law on Digital Transformation;

(12) Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of 15 laws in the field of agriculture and environment;

(13) Law amending and supplementing some articles of the Law on Geology and Minerals;

(14) Resolution of the National Assembly on some breakthrough mechanisms and policies for the work of protecting, caring for and improving the health of the people;

(15) Resolution on investment policy for the National Target Program on health care, population and development for the period 2026-2035;

(16) Law on National Reserves (amended);

(17) Resolution of the National Assembly amending and supplementing a number of articles of Resolution No. 98/2023/QH15 on piloting a number of special mechanisms and policies for the development of Ho Chi Minh City;

(18) Resolution of the National Assembly amending and supplementing some articles of Resolution No. 136/2024/QH15 on the organization of urban government and piloting some specific mechanisms and policies for the development of Da Nang city;

(19) Law amending and supplementing some articles of the Value Added Tax Law;

(20) Law on Specialized Courts in International Financial Centers.
