According to Le Thi Thai, Provincial Party Committee member and Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department: To help business owners and employees understand the significance of establishing Party branches and developing Party members within enterprises, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department has collaborated in compiling a newsletter on Party branch activities for Party branches in non-state-owned enterprises.
In 2025, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department will also coordinate the editing and translation of 45,000 propaganda materials in four languages—English, Chinese, Korean, and Japanese—on the development and construction of Party organizations and socio-political organizations for foreign investors and business owners. This aims to disseminate information and encourage workers and business owners to correctly understand the position and role of Party organizations and socio-political organizations within enterprises.
Dong Nai Newspaper and Radio - Television regularly publish news and articles promoting good models and effective activities of Party committees and mass organizations in enterprises to create a ripple effect...
For some other agencies and units, such as the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Department, they have uploaded the monthly Party branch activity bulletin for Party branches in private enterprises and foreign-invested enterprises in Dong Nai province to the electronic Party member handbook for use by Party branches in enterprises as monthly activity materials. In addition, they promptly advised and proposed to the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Party Committee's Executive Committee on leadership and direction in the work of building and developing Party organizations, Party members, and socio-political organizations in non-state-owned enterprises to meet the set requirements...
The Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee leads and directs the Provincial People's Committee to strengthen guidance to all levels and sectors to organize meetings and dialogues with businesses and investors to understand the requirements, difficulties, and obstacles of businesses, promptly handle them, and propose solutions to improve regulations, mechanisms, policies, and implementation procedures, thereby contributing to creating favorable conditions for the production and business activities of businesses...
With the aforementioned attention, the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee now has 351 Party organizations in non-state-owned enterprises, with 4,705 Party members.
EFFORTS FROM PARTY ORGANIZATIONS
Vo Van Thu, Secretary of the Party Branch of Hyosung Vietnam Co., Ltd. in Dong Nai, said: The company's Party Branch was established in 2019. The Party Branch has played a key political role within the unit, promptly concretizing the Party Branch's programs, plans, and resolutions to suit the actual situation of the enterprise.
Over the past period, the Party Committee of Hyosung Vietnam Co., Ltd. in Dong Nai has directed its affiliated organizations to advise the Board of Directors on organizing numerous programs to care for the lives of employees and fulfill the company's social responsibilities. Specifically, from 2011 to the present, the company has collaborated with the KFHI Charity Organization (Korea) to implement the "Smile from Afar" program, providing free medical examinations and medicine to elementary school students and people in difficult circumstances in the local area. Every year, the company donates computers to several schools in the former Nhon Trach district of Dong Nai province. When opening political theory training courses for Party sympathizers and new Party members in enterprises, flexible learning methods suitable to the working conditions of workers should be used.
