49 works won literary and artistic awards in 2025.

(Dong Nai) - On the morning of December 11th, Mr. Le Truong Son, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and Vice Chairman of the Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee, chaired a meeting with relevant departments and units regarding the awarding of literary and artistic prizes for 2025. Also present was Ms. Le Thi Thai, Member of the Provincial Party Committee and Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department.

According to a report from the Dong Nai Association of Literature and Arts - the permanent body of the Award Selection Council - as of October 31st, 203 works by 103 authors in 8 categories: prose, poetry, theater - film, music , photography, fine arts, dance, and literary criticism have participated.

The preliminary judging panel selected 146 works by 97 authors for the final round. The jury then selected 49 works by 49 authors to award prizes, including 7 A prizes, 12 B prizes, 17 C prizes, and 13 consolation prizes.

Most of the authors participating in the award are members of the Dong Nai Association of Literature and Arts. However, the award also includes some authors whose addresses and workplaces are outside the province, as well as some professional and amateur authors from within and outside the province.

Concluding the meeting, Standing Committee member of the Provincial Party Committee and Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Truong Son agreed with the results of the 2025 Arts and Culture Awards. He also requested the Awards Council to continue implementing the process of announcing the winners and soliciting public opinion before making a final decision, ensuring the awards are transparent, accurate, and fair.

Regarding the amendment of the regulations for awarding the annual Arts and Culture Prize of Dong Nai province, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee suggested considering expanding the sources of social mobilization in the awarding process.
