The Lam Dong Provincial People's Council passed several important resolutions.

On the morning of December 10, at the 7th Session of the Lam Dong Provincial People's Council, term X, 2021 - 2026, delegates enthusiastically discussed and unanimously voted to pass many important reports, submissions and draft resolutions in various fields.

The comrades presiding over the session voted to approve the draft resolutions.

At the session, the Provincial People's Council passed key resolutions such as: Resolution on the socio -economic development tasks of Lam Dong province, 2026-2030; Resolution on the 5-year financial plan of Lam Dong province, 2026-2030; Resolution on socio-economic development tasks for 2026; Resolution on the estimated state budget revenue in the province; estimated local budget revenue and expenditure; and allocation of the local budget for 2026.

Comrades Ho Van Muoi, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; and Pham Thi Phuc, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Lam Dong province, attended the session.

In addition, delegates also discussed and voted on important resolutions serving state management, including: Regulations on expenditure levels for organizing the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and deputies to People's Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term; approval of the list of socio-economic development projects subject to land acquisition by the State in 2026; Regulations on criteria for establishing and the number of members of the Civil Defense Team in the province; Regulations on minimum housing area requirements for those registering permanent residence at legally rented, borrowed, or shared accommodation.

Comrade Tieu Hong Phuc, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, presented the Draft Resolution on the tasks for socio-economic development in 2026.

The session also repealed resolutions on collecting fees for the protection and development of rice-growing land issued by the People's Councils of Lam Dong, Dak Nong, and Binh Thuan provinces (before restructuring); and simultaneously, repealed Resolution No. 370/2024/NQ-HĐND of the Provincial People's Council concerning the authority to decide on the procurement, leasing, exploitation, recovery, and disposal of public assets of agencies and organizations under the province.

With the contents approved, the Session contributes to perfecting the system of mechanisms and policies, creating an important foundation for Lam Dong province to effectively implement socio-economic development tasks in 2026 and the following period.

Later that afternoon, the session will discuss and vote on several draft resolutions and then adjourn.
