PC Lam Dong currently has 434 female officers and employees working in 12 women's groups. Every year, the company develops an action plan on gender equality and integrates this content into professional meetings, internal conferences, and training programs.

Activities focus on raising awareness of the role of women, preventing gender-based violence and creating a respectful and fair working environment. The unit also encourages male employees to share responsibilities, thereby spreading the humane corporate culture of Vietnam Electricity Group (EVN).

Ms. Phan Thi Ngoc Ha, Deputy Director of PC Lam Dong, said that in 2025, the company issued a document to implement the "Month of action for gender equality and prevention and response to gender-based violence". This is not only a propaganda activity but also an opportunity to evaluate and strongly promote gender equality policies in the context of digital transformation, making gender equality a practical action in each unit.

Along with communication to raise awareness, PC Lam Dong focuses on taking care of the material, spiritual and health life of female workers. 100% of female officers and employees receive specialist examinations during regular check-ups and are given the opportunity to participate in professional training courses, soft skills, and digital transformation programs.

The company arranges jobs suitable to their abilities, encourages women to participate in political and social activities and promote initiatives in production.

Many women actively participate and achieve high results in programs and competitions organized by PC Lam Dong.

Many female individuals have become bright spots in the emulation movement and work. Many other women have become pioneers in proposing initiatives to improve customer service processes, being exemplary and responsible, contributing to digital transformation and affirming the capacity of female workers in the Electricity industry.

In the movement “Good at public work - good at home”, many female groups and individuals of PC Lam Dong were awarded by the Company’s Trade Union and the Southern Power Corporation’s Trade Union. Many female engineers and technical specialists have participated in groups to build initiatives to operate the grid, develop applications to support customer services, contributing to improving production and business efficiency.

November 2025 - The month of action for gender equality was deployed by PC Lam Dong with a series of propaganda activities, raising awareness and responsibility of workers in implementing equality in the workplace. Annual programs such as: October 20, March 8 and the movement "Good at public work - good at housework" continue to be maintained, associated with taking care of the lives of female workers, visiting disadvantaged households and rewarding children for their academic achievements.

With the direction of the Board of Directors and the efforts of the collective of employees, PC Lam Dong affirms its commitment to promoting gender equality and developing a strong team of female employees. The unit aims to build a modern and humane corporate culture, spreading the image of professional and dedicated Lam Dong electricians.
