The delegates attended the meeting.

In 2025, the Youth Union will implement many movements and programs to promote the role of village elders, village heads, and influential figures among ethnic minorities, creating a core in the great unity bloc, accompanying the unit in the work of disseminating information and mobilizing people to comply with the Party's guidelines, policies, and laws of the State; developing family economies, actively participating in the movement to build a cultured life, and striving to overcome poverty sustainably.

The delegates took a commemorative photo at the meeting.

The key areas of cooperation include: supporting economic development and contributing to sustainable poverty reduction; participating in building new rural areas; promoting the maintenance of security and order; and raising awareness against distorted narratives, incitement, and attempts to divide national unity.

The 778th Economic-Defense Brigade has effectively implemented a series of practical social welfare models such as "Houses of Gratitude for Military and Civilians," the "Helping Children Go to School" program, "Celebrating Tet with the People," and production support activities. Through these programs, in 2025, the unit coordinated the donation of 29 houses of gratitude; sponsored more than 100 disadvantaged students; provided seedlings and livestock; opened vocational training classes and created jobs; and simultaneously donated gifts, medicine, scholarships, and built welfare facilities to serve the lives of people in the project area.

Speaking at the meeting, Colonel Hoang Van Hung respectfully acknowledged the close cooperation and important contributions of ethnic minority delegates to the unit's military-defense and civilian affairs work. The unity and trust of the people are a great source of motivation, helping to strengthen the solidarity between the military and the people. Colonel Hoang Van Hung also expressed his hope that local Party committees, authorities, mass organizations, and the political system at the grassroots level would continue to cooperate with the 778 Economic-Defense Brigade in disseminating the Party's guidelines and the State's policies and laws; maintaining political security and social order; and building a strong and comprehensive border region.

On this occasion, the delegation presented gifts to outstanding representatives of ethnic minorities in the project area.
