Speaking at the event, comrade Le Quoc Minh emphasized that few newspapers are as old as the country. The founding date of 1945 coincided with the time when Vietnam entered the era of independence, creating a distinct position and an important advantage for the newspaper to continue expanding its influence in the new period.

According to comrade Le Quoc Minh, the changes after the merger have expanded the scale, increased coverage and created conditions for the Agriculture and Environment Newspaper to speak correctly and accurately about the issues of the agriculture and environment sectors - two fields that are under great pressure from climate change, the global agricultural market and the need for sustainable development. This is the time when the editorial office can take advantage of its historical advantages, practice in-depth analysis capacity, improve data quality and strengthen the newspaper's role as an information reference in policy and practice.
