Proactively informing, propagating, orienting ideology and public opinion, creating high unity in awareness and action of officers and soldiers, thereby achieving many positive results.

Disciplinary compliance has clearly improved (the number of violations has decreased by 50% compared to 2024). Many agencies and units have not had any violations that need to be handled.

At the conference, the opinions presented pointed out shortcomings, limitations, causes, good experiences, and effective methods in ideological and disciplinary management. At the same time, policies and solutions were proposed to improve the quality of ideological and disciplinary management in the coming time.

Concluding the conference, Major General Doan Xuan Buong requested Party committees and commanders at all levels to strengthen their leadership and direction in ideological management and discipline; include this content in monthly leadership resolutions, assign Party committee members to be in charge, and attach responsibility to the heads.

Ideological management must come first, discipline must be tightened from the grassroots, ensuring firm grasp, close forecasting, tight management, correct orientation, timely resolution, and effective combat.
