In his concluding remarks, Colonel Ha Chi Dung requested Party committees and commanders of agencies and units to build solidarity and unity within the organization; do a good job of educating and instilling in cadres, employees and soldiers to improve their responsibility, awareness of self-discipline and law compliance, proactively overcome difficulties and successfully complete their tasks.

Promote the exemplary role of leaders, commanders, presiding officers, and heads.
