The vast majority of officers, employees and soldiers have strong political will, a high sense of responsibility, and good awareness in complying with the law, discipline and ensuring safety.

Thanks to that, the work of ideological management, discipline and safety has achieved many positive results, contributing significantly to the completion of the tasks of agencies and units; many units have no violations that need to be handled, ensuring absolute safety.

In his concluding remarks at the conference, Colonel Ha Dinh Diep acknowledged and highly appreciated the results achieved by agencies and units in recent times.

At the same time, Colonel Ha Dinh Diep requested: In the coming time, agencies and units continue to thoroughly grasp and strictly implement resolutions and directives from above, focusing on strengthening ideological management, discipline and ensuring safety, meeting task requirements in the new situation.

Agencies and units must strictly maintain order and discipline; grasp the internal situation; regularly inspect and closely manage soldiers, especially during breaks, holidays, leave, and working trips; and require commitment to comply with the law, discipline, and traffic safety.

Promote the combined strength of organizations, closely coordinate with families and localities in educating and motivating soldiers; proactively learn from experience, promptly overcome limitations to maintain unit stability.
