The emulation campaign aims to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the first General Election to elect the Vietnamese National Assembly (January 6, 1946 / January 6, 2026) and the 14th National Party Congress.

The emulation period starts from November 20, 2025 to January 31, 2026. The content of the "4 best" emulation period includes: Focusing on building the highest determination and sense of responsibility; promoting responsibility, initiative, and creativity to best complete tasks; building discipline, complying with the law, and having the strictest discipline; organizing propaganda activities, constructing works, and implementing policy and mass mobilization work best.

The Head of the Quartermaster Department signed to confirm the emulation commitment of the departments and offices.

To effectively implement the emulation campaign associated with completing key tasks at the end of the year, the Party Committee and the commander of the Quartermaster Department require Party committees and commanders at all levels to thoroughly grasp the purpose, meaning, theme, content, targets, and time to 100% of officers and soldiers; concretize closely with the requirements and tasks of each agency and unit.

Through the emulation campaign, cadres and soldiers will be educated and propagated to have a fuller and deeper understanding of the leadership role of the Communist Party of Vietnam and the Party Congresses; the context, significance, great stature, and great historical value of the first General Election Day to elect the National Assembly of Vietnam (January 6, 1946/January 6, 2026) and the 14th National Congress of the Party. From there, it will create a strong change in awareness and responsibility for Party committees, commanders at all levels and cadres and soldiers in the unit.

On behalf of the Party Standing Committee, the commander, the Emulation and Reward Council of the Quartermaster Department, Colonel Ha Chi Dung called on all officers, employees and soldiers in the entire Department to promote the achieved results, spread good experiences, good initiatives and typical models; thoroughly overcome all difficulties, unite and be determined to successfully implement the emulation targets, contribute to the excellent completion of all assigned tasks, and build a strong and solid Quartermaster Department.

On this occasion, the Quartermaster Department also announced decisions and awarded collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in implementing the peak emulation campaign "Raising the August Red Flag - Emulating to win 3 first place".
