Major General Pham Van Dong, member of the Party Committee Standing Committee, Political Commissar of Military Region 4, disseminated and implemented the Action Program to implement the Resolution of the 12th Military Party Congress, term 2025-2030; supplemented and adjusted contents of the Action Program and the full-term Working Program to implement the Resolution of the 12th Military Region Party Congress, term 2025-2030.

Concluding the conference, Major General Doan Xuan Buong requested Party committees of agencies and units in the entire Military Region Party Committee; Military Party Committees of provinces and Hue City to organize the study, dissemination and implementation of the Resolution of the 12th Military Party Congress seriously and closely following the guidance of the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army and the Political Department of Military Region 4.

The Party Secretary of the Military Region emphasized that the team of reporters assigned to teach the topics must carefully study the content of the resolution and prepare elaborate lectures, especially the part related to the specific tasks of the agency or unit.

From there, it points out practical issues that need to be focused on in leadership, direction, promoting strengths, and overcoming limitations. The approval, training, and practice of teaching must be carried out seriously, ensuring the correct approved content and high quality.
