Mr. Nguyen Trong Hien, Chairman of the Board of Directors of GELEX Group, presented a medical equipment package and supported upgrading hospital rooms in Nghe An province.

Accordingly, GELEX has sponsored 150 hospital beds and 1 ventilator for Nghe An Provincial Oncology Hospital, Tuong Duong Medical Center, Ky Son Medical Center and Con Cuong Medical Center. In addition, the Group also supported the upgrading and renovation of 4 patient rooms at Nghe An General Hospital.

Speaking at the program, Ms. Le Thi Hoai Chung, Director of Nghe An Provincial Department of Health, expressed her deep gratitude to GELEX Group for always paying attention to Nghe An's health sector in particular and the work of protecting and caring for people in general. This is a timely and extremely valuable support, improving the quality of health care, the quality of treatment, bringing a peaceful sleep to cancer patients and many other patients in the province.

Nghe An is currently one of the localities with limited medical infrastructure. The demand for medical examination and treatment is increasing but the equipment and facilities at many hospitals, especially in remote areas, are not able to meet the demand. This leads to the situation where patients with serious or terminal illnesses have to be transferred to the central level, leading to high costs, pressure on the upper level and the risk of missing the "golden time" for treatment.

At Nghe An Provincial Oncology Hospital, GELEX donated 100 hospital beds and 1 ventilator.

Mr. Nguyen Trong Hien, Chairman of the Board of Directors of GELEX Group, emphasized: "GELEX's mission always focuses on production and business activities associated with community activities and social responsibility. That is also the sentiment and sharing of more than 8,000 officers and employees of GELEX Group. Hopefully, the Group's small contribution will support patient care. We would also like to express our gratitude to the doctors and nurses - those who silently fight against diseases day and night, bringing life and health to the people."

With the support of GELEX Group, Nghe An Oncology Hospital will continue to improve patient care and intensive care. We are committed to using the funding for the right purpose and sustainably."

Over the years, GELEX's development strategy has always been associated with creating sustainable values for society. The Group considers social responsibility as a top priority, especially in the healthcare sector. Because GELEX believes that a healthy community, properly cared for, is a solid foundation for the development of the business and the country.
