However, the implementation process on the System still faces some difficulties in various functions, such as: Document submission and draft creation; online document submission and editing; document editing; digital signature; document issuance; document request for opinions; invitations and invitation assignment; incoming documents for numbering and processing, document reception, and pending processing…

At the meeting, delegates requested that the National Assembly Office direct the Digital Transformation Department and the consulting unit to upgrade the technical infrastructure, optimize the digital signature interface, streamline the signing and document issuance process; and add an option to print documents with digital signatures (without seals) before official issuance.

The opinions also suggested building a backup data center and an automatic backup system to ensure rapid data recovery in the event of technical failures; prioritizing the provision of high-configuration computers to units using the system, ensuring fast and stable processing capabilities, suitable for the specific nature of the work, especially for officials performing concurrent clerical duties at the National Assembly's Ethnic Council , Committees of the National Assembly, and the National Assembly Office…
