At the meeting, delegates proposed that the National Assembly Office direct the Digital Transformation Department and consulting units to upgrade technical infrastructure, optimize the digital signature interface, shorten the steps for signing and issuing documents; and add the option to print documents with digital signatures (without stamps) before official issuance.

Opinions also suggested building a backup data center and an automatic backup system, ensuring the ability to quickly recover data when technical problems occur; prioritizing the provision of high-configuration computers for units using the system, ensuring fast and stable processing capabilities, suitable for the specific nature of the work, especially for staff working in the concurrent clerical position at the Ethnic Council , the National Assembly Committees and the National Assembly Office...
