In the context of digital transformation and streamlining the apparatus, many localities have merged Newspapers and Radio and Television Stations towards a multi-platform journalism model. This is an important step, helping to unify the focal points and create a foundation for building a modern press.
However, operating a converged newsroom after the merger still faces many challenges in management, organizing multi-platform production and developing a team of multi-talented reporters.
