Accordingly, due to the bad weather causing big waves, leading to serious damage and landslides on the sea embankment along Nguyen Dinh Chieu Street (from house number 165 - 177).

The People's Committee of Mui Ne Ward has mobilized local forces to protect the scene and temporarily reinforce the landslide area. At the same time, it issued an urgent notice, requesting that service businesses on the sea side of Nguyen Dinh Chieu Street temporarily suspend their business activities from November 27, 2025 until further notice.
However, the inspection also showed that due to large waves, the landslide location is likely to expand by about 500m, directly affecting the operations of other service businesses along the embankment of Nguyen Dinh Chieu Street (from Mr. Crab Restaurant - Facility 2 to Thanh Oanh Restaurant).

Therefore, to ensure the safety of people and property while waiting for repairs and restoration of the damaged sea dike system, the Chairman of Mui Ne Ward People's Committee requested that the remaining service businesses in this area temporarily suspend operations from November 28, 2025 until further notice.
Individuals and organizations that have construction projects on the embankment area in Ham Tien 1 residential area that directly affect the embankment structure and pose a risk of insecurity when large waves impact, must urgently dismantle the violating construction, no later than November 30, 2025.
As reported, on the night of November 27, large waves hitting the shore caused serious damage and landslides to a 150m long section of the seawall in Ham Tien 1 neighborhood. Many locations at the foot of the seawall were eroded, causing concrete structures on the roof of the seawall to collapse, destabilizing the structure and directly threatening households, businesses and coastal infrastructure.
