Attending the program were comrades: Nguyen Xuan Hien, Deputy Secretary of the Ward Party Committee; Nguyen Thi Thanh Hang, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Ward People's Committee; comrades in the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, Standing Committee of the People's Council, leaders of the People's Committee; leaders of departments, branches, unions; representatives of schools, residential groups; business community and a large number of people in the area.
In his opening speech, comrade Nguyen The Tuan - Member of the Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Phuc Loi Ward, Head of the Organizing Committee emphasized: "Cultural and economic development are two important pillars that create the vitality of the locality: culture fosters identity and social consensus, while economy provides resources to improve people's lives".

Comrade Nguyen The Tuan affirmed that since operating the two-level local government model, Phuc Loi ward has always identified developing trade and services associated with building cultural spaces and promoting tourism as one of the key tasks. This is specified in the Resolution of the 1st Ward Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term with 3 major programs, in which Program No. 03 on investment, infrastructure improvement, landscape preservation, and urban environment is the foundation for organizing activities of scale and stature.
"The Culture - Trade - Ornamental Plants Week of Phuc Loi Ward in 2025 is not only a place to meet, exchange and promote products, but also an important milestone demonstrating the determination to build a civilized, modern, close-to-the-people and for-the-people Phuc Loi Ward," emphasized comrade Nguyen The Tuan.
Phuc Loi ward leaders and delegates visited OCOP booths, commercial products, handicrafts and cultural experience space.
According to the Organizing Committee, this year's Culture - Trade - Ornamental Plants Week takes place from November 27 to December 6, 2025, bringing together 138 OCOP booths, ornamental plants, commercial products, handicrafts and cultural experience spaces.
Outstanding activities during the Week include: Launching the Phuc Loi Ward Business Club, marking a new step in connecting businesses - government - community; Organizing the Hanoi Cultural Exhibition Space, Phuc Loi culture, implemented by schools in the area; Exchange and performance of cultural heritage, contributing to spreading traditional cultural values; Summarizing and awarding the "Bright - Green - Clean - Beautiful Phuc Loi" contest and the Infographic Design contest; Displaying typical Digital Transformation models and products of the Youth Union and technology units; Playground, experience area for children, community activities, cuisine and community connection space...
Phuc Loi ward leaders give support to people in the Central and Central Highlands regions affected by floods
In particular, this year's event has the theme "Experience - Connection - Towards the people in flood areas", creating a strong spread of the spirit of charity. In just a short time, the ward's officials and people have donated 1 billion VND to support the people of the Central and Central Highlands regions affected by floods, demonstrating the deep affection and community responsibility of the people of Phuc Loi. At the opening ceremony, Phuc Loi ward also presented support to the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hanoi city, continuing to affirm the spirit of "mutual love" which is a traditional beauty of the nation.
Phuc Loi Ward Business Club launched at the Program
An important highlight of the Program is the Ceremony to announce and hand over the Decision to establish the Phuc Loi Ward Business Club. This is a model to gather and link businesses in the area; create a close cooperation channel between entrepreneurs and the government; encourage the development of the private economy, and mobilize social resources for local development.
Deputy General Director of May 10 Corporation, Chairman of the Club, on behalf of the enterprise, spoke, expressing the commitment to accompany the ward in socio-economic development activities, as well as the social security program for people in flood-affected areas. Immediately after that, the enterprises of the Club continued to give support to people affected by natural disasters, contributing to multiplying the humanitarian meaning of the event.

The Organizing Committee also presented souvenirs to more than 25 units including businesses, artisans, schools, organizations and individuals who have actively contributed to the Culture - Trade - Ornamental Plants Week.
