Thai Nguyen Provincial Political School was assessed to meet level I standards.

According to the report, after the merger, Thai Nguyen Provincial Political School has 59 cadres, civil servants and contract staff; the apparatus includes a Board of Directors of 4 comrades, 3 faculties and 2 departments. The school receives attention and close direction from the province and the Academy; the staff is united and determined to complete the task.

The self-assessment results determined that Thai Nguyen Provincial Political School met level I standards, of which 10 criteria exceeded requirements; one criterion related to professional titles is being completed by the province.

Compared with Regulation No. 11-QD/TW dated May 19, 2021 of the Secretariat, the School basically meets all the criteria on institutions, staff, training - fostering, scientific research, Party school culture and facilities. Many criteria have achieved outstanding results: The rate of lecturers meeting and exceeding standards; stable training quality; scientific research activities, seminars, and document publishing have increased sharply; digital transformation has been promoted in management and teaching; facilities and financial conditions are guaranteed according to regulations.

Speaking at the working session, Mr. Nguyen Dang Binh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, thanked the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics for its attention, along with the comments and suggestions of the Working Group so that the Provincial Political School can continue to strive to soon reach Level II standards. Thai Nguyen province will continue to pay attention, direct, and create conditions for the School to maintain and improve its targets, and soon deploy the construction of new facilities to best meet the conditions to serve the political tasks of the School; at the same time, create favorable conditions in terms of policies and mechanisms so that the staff and lecturers have many opportunities to improve their professional qualifications and skills.

Recognizing and appreciating the proactive spirit and efforts of the Provincial Political School in maintaining and implementing well the criteria of a Level I Standard School, after discussion, with a sense of responsibility, working impartially, objectively, in accordance with regulations, based on the results of the survey, appraisal, and evaluation of the criteria, the Appraisal Council conducted a vote with a 100% consensus to recognize Thai Nguyen Provincial Political School (after the merger) as meeting Level I standards according to Regulation No. 11-QD/TW dated May 19, 2021 of the Secretariat.
