Using AI to support improved efficiency in education management at local levels

On the afternoon of November 28, the Department of Education and Training organized an online training conference to guide the exploitation of industry databases and the use of AI chatbots to support local authorities at two levels for officials of communes and wards in the province.

The conference took place at the central bridge point at the Department of Education and Training, connecting online to 124 communes and wards in the province. Attending the conference were leaders and experts of the Department of Education and Training; leaders of the People's Committees of communes and wards and cultural and social officials in charge of the education sector.

In his opening speech and directing the conference, Mr. Dinh The Hiep, Deputy Director of the Department, emphasized the importance of developing science and technology and digital transformation in education. At the same time, he requested the People's Committees of communes and wards to continue to coordinate closely to effectively exploit data sources, contributing to promoting digital transformation in the education sector and improving the quality of state management of education in the locality.

Delegates were instructed by experts and technicians on skills to check and update information on school networks, teachers, students and exploit automatic statistical reports. A special highlight of the program was the instruction on using AI Chatbot to quickly look up content related to decentralization and delegation of authority in the field of education when implementing 2-level local government. At the same time, practical problems were answered; the need to implement on the industry database system; proposed new technological solutions to help local officials reduce the pressure of manual reporting, support commune and ward leaders to make accurate decisions based on real data. Thereby contributing to improving the effectiveness of state management in the field of education and training in localities in the province.
