At 7:00 a.m. on December 2, the storm was located in the northwest sea area of ​​the central East Sea, about 220km east of the eastern coast of Gia Lai - Dak Lak provinces, with winds of level 8, gusts of level 10, and gradually weakening.

At 7:00 a.m. on December 3, the storm was located on the sea from Gia Lai to Khanh Hoa , with winds of level 6, gusts of level 8, and continued to weaken into a tropical depression.

From the next 72 to 96 hours, the tropical depression will move in the West Southwest direction at a speed of about 10km/h and continue to weaken.

Due to the storm's influence, the northwest sea area in the central East Sea has strong winds of level 7; the area near the storm's eye has strong winds of level 8-9, gusting to level 11; waves 3-5m high, the area near the storm's eye 5-7m; very rough seas. Ships operating in the above-mentioned dangerous areas are likely to be affected by storms, whirlwinds, strong winds, and large waves.
