Reporting at the ceremony, Village Chief Le Van Tan said that Bach Tuyet communal house is a place to worship the tutelary god - the god who has protected the country and sheltered the villagers for many generations. Documents and royal decrees still preserved show that the communal house worships Cao Son Dai Vuong - the person who had great merit following Dinh Bo Linh to suppress the rebellion of 12 warlords.

During the resistance war against the French, Bach Tuyet village was once a white belt, heavily bombarded, causing the village communal house and many other structures to be destroyed. The communal house was used by the 304th Division and the 66th Regiment as a military supply depot to serve the war. However, the people still steadfastly clung to their land, contributing to the local patriotic tradition.

Bach Tuyet Communal House is currently located in the middle of the village, including the main worshiping hall, the sanctuary, the auxiliary house and the communal house yard; in front is a heritage banyan tree, on the left is Bach Tuyet Pagoda. After the old communal house was degraded and forced to be demolished, in 2018-2019, the local people worked hard to restore it with sustainable materials, maintaining its present spacious appearance.

The Bach Tuyet communal house relic still has 23 artifacts made of wood, bronze, and paper; of which the royal decree box and the throne for the tutelary god statue are precious artifacts that need to be preserved. The relic management work is closely maintained with the relic protection subcommittee, the festival committee, and the ritual committee; fire prevention activities, landscape care, and donation management are all carried out transparently, contributing to preserving the spiritual cultural space of the community.

Every year, the communal house hosts many cultural and religious activities during holidays and Tet, becoming a place to connect the community and educate the young generation on the tradition of "remembering the source of water when drinking". On November 28, 2024, Bach Tuyet communal house was ranked as a city-level historical and cultural relic.
Speaking at the ceremony, Vice Chairman of Huong Son Commune People's Committee Vuong Trong Dao emphasized that this is a tribute to traditional cultural values, and at the same time requested the people of Bach Tuyet to continue to join hands to preserve and promote the relic commensurate with its position, considering it an honor and responsibility towards the homeland's heritage...
