Voters of Phuc Son and Hong Son communes propose to increase investment in infrastructure.

On the afternoon of November 20, at Phuc Son commune, Delegate Group No. 16 of the Hanoi People's Council met with voters of the communes of Phuc Son, Hong Son, My Duc, and Huong Son before the regular meeting at the end of 2025.

At the meeting, the City People's Council delegates reported on the program and preparations for the regular session at the end of 2025 of the City People's Council; reported on the results of implementing the city's socio -economic development plan in 2025; and the results of handling voters' petitions at previous sessions.

The atmosphere of the meeting became lively when many voters raised pressing issues of people's livelihood. Voter representative of Hong Son commune Pham Van Thu reflected on the pollution of the Day River, which greatly affected the lives of people living along the river, agricultural production, etc. He requested that the city pay attention to investing in projects to overcome this situation.

Voter Khuat Thi La - representative of the people of Kham Lam village (Phuc Son commune) reported that many embankments, banks of Bui river, and pumping stations in the area are damaged and degraded and need investment to renovate and upgrade to ensure safety for people and serve agricultural production.

Voter Dinh Quang Hai (Phuc Son Agricultural Cooperative) suggested that Hanoi city promote the program of sending young cadres to communes, simplify procedures to support farmers in investing in transplanters, harvesters, and introducing new varieties into production. Voter Trinh Huu Tinh, representing the people of My Tien village (Phuc Son commune), suggested that the city pay attention to increasing the level of support for associations and unions.

Many other delegates of Phuc Son commune requested that all levels and sectors continue to simplify procedures for granting land use right certificates; increase investment in traffic works, traditional markets, infrastructure serving digital transformation, etc.

At the meeting, Party Secretary and Chairman of the People's Council of Phuc Son Commune, Phan Van Su, received and answered a number of issues of concern to voters within their jurisdiction. The delegates of the Hanoi People's Council affirmed that they would forward the city's functional agencies to consider and resolve voters' opinions.
