Speaking at the event, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Ha emphasized the role of Law No. 93/2025/QH15 in promoting the province's innovation ecosystem, and set a goal that by 2025, at least 500 enterprises in the area will apply digital technology in management, production and business.

To realize this goal, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Ha assigned the Department of Science and Technology to develop a project to establish " Khanh Hoa Center for Science and Technology Application", to support businesses in technology transfer, product innovation consulting, research connection and expanding the ability to apply high technology in production.

On the side of the young business community, the conference was attended by Mr. Nguyen Quang Duy - Vice President of Khanh Hoa Young Entrepreneurs Association. Speaking at the program, Mr. Nguyen Quang Duy expressed his appreciation for the support of the provincial leaders and highly appreciated the support policies from the Provincial People's Committee and the Department of Science and Technology. Mr. Duy emphasized that new directions in science and technology will create a healthy and practical playground for young businesses in Khanh Hoa to develop in accordance with the direction of the Party and the State, especially in the context of strong digital transformation.

The conference also recorded many comments from experts and businesses, focusing on contents such as incentive mechanisms for science and technology enterprises, R&D support, innovation funds, as well as new policies to encourage the "enterprise - research institute - university" linkage model.
At the end of the conference, the provincial leaders affirmed that Khanh Hoa will continue to promote reforms and support businesses in accessing new technologies, aiming to build the province into a leading center of innovation and science and technology in the South Central region./.
