Ha Tinh youth respond to the 60-day peak of new rural construction

(Baohatinh.vn) - The activities responding to the peak of 60 days of new rural construction by Ha Tinh youth have clearly demonstrated the spirit of vanguard, responsibility and determination of youth union members in contributing to changing the face of their homeland.

Over the past few days, every Youth Union unit in the province has created an enthusiastic atmosphere with specific, practical tasks, responding to the peak of 60 days of building new rural areas (NTM). From coastal areas, urban areas to mountainous areas, the image of youth union members rolling up their sleeves to participate in projects and tasks has become a beautiful highlight, contributing to promoting the progress of completing NTM criteria in each locality. In Duc Tho commune, the 60-day peak emulation movement was implemented synchronously, including activities to beautify residential areas, improve landscapes and clean the environment... contributing to completing the criteria in a sustainable manner.

The bustling working atmosphere also spread in Can Loc commune when union members focused on clearing, cleaning, and beautifying the commune's main roads, bringing a clean and airy appearance.

In Duc Minh commune, the youth have participated in installing the residential lighting system, contributing to improving the community's life. Mr. Nguyen Dac Thang - Secretary of the Duc Minh Commune Youth Union said: "During this peak period, we focus on practical tasks, especially supporting people to access new technology and contributing to improving infrastructure. Duc Minh Youth always strives to make each activity bring about clear results and meet the requirements of building a new rural area."

Thach Khe commune's delegation mobilized machinery and nearly 100 youth union members to handle black spots of waste, creating a clear change in environmental sanitation in coastal areas.

In Thanh Hoa village (Mai Phu commune), the Youth Union coordinated with branches and the Village Front Work Committee to dredge canals and ditches, preparing for winter-spring crop production, helping people feel secure entering the new crop season.
