Wanted for "Illegal possession of narcotics"

On the afternoon of November 30, Khanh Binh Commune Police, An Giang Province announced that the Provincial Police Investigation Agency had issued a wanted notice for Le Thi Cua (born in 2004, residing in Chau Phu Commune, An Giang Province) for the crime of "Illegal possession of narcotics".

During the investigation, it was determined that: At about 8:00 a.m. on March 27, receiving a report from the people, the Long Binh Town Police, An Phu District (now Khanh Binh Commune, An Giang Province) administratively inspected the residence of Nguyen Van Chi Linh (born in 1997, residing in Long Binh Town, An Phu District (now Khanh Binh Commune), discovered Linh and Cua on the floor.

It is known that Linh and Cua lived together as husband and wife. When seeing the police, Linh immediately ran away. Upon checking, the working group discovered that Cua was holding in his hand 2 nylon bags containing white crystals suspected to be drugs contained in a cardboard box along with many related exhibits.

At the police station, Cua admitted that the white crystalline substance in the two nylon bags above was Linh’s drug. The police arrested and prosecuted Linh for “Illegal possession of narcotics”.

As for Cua, she was pregnant, so after indicting the defendant, the police ordered her not to leave her place of residence. After giving birth, Cua fled the area.
