At the event, the participating units donated 150 electric rice cookers, each worth approximately 500,000 VND, totaling nearly 75 million VND. These are extremely practical gifts for families who have recently suffered damage to their homes, especially household appliances and cooking utensils.

According to local residents, after the floodwaters receded, many families were left with almost no usable electronic appliances. Having a rice cooker again helped them restore their daily meals, providing a sense of security as they began to rebuild their lives after the flood.

The gift is not only a form of material support but also carries the meaning of moral encouragement, demonstrating the responsibility of the border guard force towards the community.

The officers and soldiers hope that this timely support will help flood-affected families overcome difficulties, stabilize their lives, and restore their livelihoods as soon as possible.
