At the scene, workers have completed the main tasks related to repairing the landslide, such as opening a temporary bypass to the foot of the mountain, then reinforcing the roadbed and paving the road surface with an 8m wide asphalt surface, enough to meet the standards of 2 separate lanes.

Here, workers also completed the fence with iron plates and painted road markings to guide vehicles so they can circulate normally.

In the long term, the Ministry of Construction has assigned construction functional units to review, determine the extent of damage, propose repair solutions and advise on capital allocation for implementation.

As reported by SGGP, on the night of November 19, heavy rain caused serious landslides, completely cutting off National Highway 20. Afterwards, the traffic of goods and people entering and exiting the gateway to Da Lat was affected when D'ran Pass, Prenn Pass and Mimosa Pass were all eroded at the same time, making the entire route impassable.
