At 4:00 a.m. on December 1, storm No. 15 was at about 14.4 degrees North latitude; 112.3 degrees East longitude, in the northwest sea area of the central East Sea, about 340 km east of the eastern coast of Gia Lai - Dak Lak province.

The dangerous area is between 12.5 degrees North latitude -15.5 degrees North latitude; 111.0 degrees East longitude - 114.0 degrees East longitude. Level 3 natural disaster risk: Northwest sea area in the central East Sea.
At 4:00 a.m. on December 2, storm No. 15 was at about 13.9 degrees North latitude; 111.4 degrees East longitude, in the northwest sea area of the central East Sea, about 230 km east of the eastern coast of Gia Lai - Dak Lak provinces.
The storm gradually weakened to level 8, gusting to level 10, moving in the West Southwest direction, at a speed of 3-5 km/hour.
Dangerous area between 12.5 degrees North latitude - 15.5 degrees North latitude; 110.0 degrees East longitude - 113.0 degrees East longitude. Level 3 natural disaster risk: Northwest sea area in the central East Sea.
It is forecasted that in the coming days, storm No. 15 will continue to weaken in intensity.
Due to the impact of storm No. 15, experts warn that the northwest sea area in the central East Sea will have strong winds of level 7; the area near the storm's eye will have strong winds of level 8-9, gusting to level 11; waves 3-5 m high, the area near the storm's eye will have waves of 5-7 m; the sea will be very rough.
Vessels operating in the above mentioned dangerous areas are susceptible to the impact of storms, whirlwinds, strong winds and large waves.
