On November 28, the People's Committee of Lam Dong province issued a document prohibiting all tourist boats, transport ships, and fishing and seafood exploitation vehicles from operating at sea from the date of issuance until further notice.

Accordingly, the Provincial People's Committee requested departments, branches, sectors and localities to proactively deploy the most necessary measures to prevent, avoid and respond to storm No. 15 and floods with the spirit of "high prices, low prices, happy sales". In addition, units focus on calling and guiding ships still operating at sea, especially in sea areas at risk of direct impact of the storm, to urgently move out or return to shelters to ensure safety.

In addition, relevant units need to review and complete local response plans and scenarios, based on the specific developments of the storm and the specific situation in the locality to decide on implementing necessary measures to ensure the safety of people's lives; along with that, implementing measures to ensure safety for dams, dykes, headquarters, schools, infrastructure works and production and business activities, especially agricultural production and aquaculture.
