Accordingly, the Provincial People's Committee requested departments, branches, sectors and localities to proactively deploy the most necessary measures to prevent, avoid and respond to storm No. 15 and floods with the spirit of "high prices, low prices, happy sales". In addition, units focus on calling and guiding ships still operating at sea, especially in sea areas at risk of direct impact of the storm, to urgently move out or return to shelters to ensure safety.

In particular, units must carefully review plans, promptly organize evacuation and emergency relocation of residents from dangerous areas, especially on rafts, aquaculture watchtowers, areas at risk of flash floods, landslides if strong winds and heavy rains are forecast to occur in the area.
