Mr. Tran Ngoc Hien, Chairman of Ham Thang Ward People's Committee, said that the locality has evacuated more than 2,000 people from areas at risk of deep flooding and fast-flowing water. Authorities are continuing to support people to safe places such as the cultural house, Kim Ngoc Church and solid houses in the ward. In the evacuation areas, the authorities have arranged enough essential supplies for people to temporarily stabilize while waiting for the water to recede.
