On the afternoon of December 5, Vietinbank Phu Quoc branch coordinated with representatives of Nhan Dan Newspaper in the southern region and benefactors to give gifts to people who suffered losses in the recent floods in Dong Hoa and Hoa Xuan communes of Dak Lak province.
These are two localities of the former Phu Yen province that have recently suffered heavy losses in terms of lives and property due to rain and floods. Many houses in this area were deeply submerged in water, even up to the roofs of many families.
Currently, localities are actively rebuilding, helping people stabilize their lives soon.
Along with the efforts of the local government and the people here, provinces and cities across the country, units, businesses and philanthropists have been and are continuing to share and support materially and spiritually with the desire to join hands to give strength to the people in the flood-affected areas to overcome this great pain and loss.

In the spirit of mutual love, on the afternoon of December 5, a volunteer group coordinated by Vietinbank Phu Quoc branch, representing Nhan Dan Newspaper in the southern region and the following units: Phuc Thang Company, Khai Hoan Fish Sauce Company, Quan Vinh Construction Materials Company, Ngoc Hien Pearl Company, Longbeach Group, Tin Thinh Phat Paper Company, A My Construction Materials Company, Kim Tien Refrigeration Company, Hai Quoc Phu Quoc Company and some individuals presented 710 million VND in support to the people of Dong Hoa and Hoa Xuan communes.
In particular, each family in difficult circumstances will receive a gift worth 1 million VND and 5 million VND will be given to families with deceased members.
As planned, on December 6, the delegation continued the charity program in Nha Trang ward and Dien Khanh commune of Khanh Hoa province.
